Resumes presented to The River Group are never submitted to a client company unless the candidate authorizes the submission of the resume to a specific client company and agrees to become a candidate for the position.

You will be assisted in every way possible throughout the recruiting process, including preparation for the telephone and personal interview, gathering references, evaluating offers, and managing negotiations.

Although we are contracted and paid by our client companies to conduct searches to fill their position requirements, it is our policy to serve both the client company and our job candidates in an ethical and professional manner.

Your Resume

The River Group works for several clients at one time and our job opportunities change daily. We welcome the submission of your resume with a short cover letter stating your recent earnings and geographic preference. Please be sure to provide both your home and daytime phone numbers.

You will receive a prompt phone call by a River Group Associate with information about positions for which you qualify.
